Shipping and Payment information

We offer free shipping on all products in the Netherlands with orders over 30 euro's.
Shipping times within NL: mostly the following day, except weekends.
Any delivery dates provided by Hartendief are estimates, we depend on the transporter shipping times.

We will send you an e-mail with track and trace code when your order has shipped, or you can review your order and shipping information in the confirmation email.

International Customers:

If you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing items from our store-

please check if your country is in our shipping list. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination.

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order after we received payment within four working days.

When will I receive my order?

• 3-5 working days for Belgium, Germany and France
• 5-8 working days for other European countries
• 2-3 weeks for International shipments, sometimes longer if a shipment has to be cleared by customs. Customs may legally take up to 30 days before a shipment is cleared.

All shipments go by way of NL Post first class mail and is transferred to local postal services in your country. Track and Trace information is sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
