You can pay with all common payment methods. If you encounter any issues, please contact us – in most cases, we can create a payment link for you to complete the transaction.

Shipping
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, this may take up to 4 working days – most products are in stock.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
Delivery times after shipping:

Delivery via PostNL.
Not home?
If you are not home, PostNL will attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor. Your order will be offered once – after that, it will be available for pickup at the nearest post office or package point.
Often away from home during the week? Then choose an alternative delivery address – for example, your work address.
Returns
Service is our top priority. We treat you as a customer with respect and understand if our product is not entirely what you expected. If you're not satisfied, you'll get your money back.
We apply the following rules:
You have the right to cancel or revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
For returning your order, we charge a portion of the return costs of €4.50. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us by sending an email to info@hartendief.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
- Register the return in advance by sending an email to info@hartendief.com with your name and order number.
- You will receive a return label from us by email. You can print this and stick it on the package. Drop off the package, carefully packed in its original packaging, at a PostNL point.
- Clearly state your order number on the return and send it back within 14 days of receipt.
After processing your return, you will receive a credit note and the amount will be refunded within 10 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that are not carefully packaged/arrive damaged. Returns that have not been registered will not be processed.
